How to propose a rule change?

You need to send your proposal to the league secretary David Richards. You will also need to write the new rule properly. Don't just say simply "we want to make all games timed games" for example, you need to use the current rules and amend from there otherwise it's tricky to get league backing. All proposals to the secretary by 31st October 2017.

All new rule proposals to come from verified club committee members and you will need backing at the AGM for it to go to a vote.
